As a tech creator, staying organized and productive is essential. Here's my current productivity stack and how I use it.

Daily Workflow

Morning Routine

I start each day by reviewing my task list and setting three key priorities. This helps me focus on what truly matters rather than getting lost in busy work.

Time Blocking

I divide my day into focused blocks:

  • Deep work sessions (2-3 hours)
  • Communication windows (emails, messages)
  • Learning time (reading, courses)

  • Essential Tools

    Note-Taking

A good note-taking system is crucial. I capture ideas, meeting notes, and learnings in a structured way that makes retrieval easy.

    Task Management

I use a simple but effective system:

  • Capture everything
  • Process regularly
  • Review weekly

  • Code & Development

For development work, having the right tools configured properly makes a huge difference in productivity.

    Key Principles

    Minimize Context Switching

Every switch costs mental energy. Batch similar tasks together.

    Automate Repetitive Tasks

If you do something more than twice, consider automating it.

    Regular Reviews

Weekly and monthly reviews help maintain perspective and adjust course.

    The Result

This system has helped me ship projects consistently while maintaining work-life balance. The key is finding what works for you and iterating over time.
